You can cancel in two ways:
- Manually
- Drop me an email and I can do it from my end: [email protected]
Two things to note:
- Regardless of when or how you do it, you will lose access at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Because the nature of this monthly membership and cancel anytime policy, there will be no refunds or prorated months
If you want to do it manually, here are the instructions depending on how you originally pay (stripe or paypal- you will have both options at checkout)
To manually cancel:
Log in to your account.
Click on their Avatar from the page header.
Select Settings from the dropdown.
Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
If Stripe was used at the initial purchase, select the Cancel button and you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, you will lose access to the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
If Paypal was used at the initial purchase, click Manage Subscription. You will then be redirected to their PayPal account in the Payments tab.
Click Payments in the top menu.
Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
Select the merchant whose agreement they want to cancel in the left sidebar.
Click the Cancel button and confirm. Once confirmed, the subscription will be inactive and you will lose access at the end of the current billing cycle.
